I asked ChatGPT whether there is a free service to get proposals from body corporate managers in Queensland. It answered with Strata Comparison, which is my own site, and it named it first. It even explained how the service is paid for in almost the exact words of the site’s own FAQ.
That is not luck. More and more people ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI for a business rather than scrolling a list of links, and the answer they get names two or three businesses. Those answers come from websites that say plainly who they are, where they work, what they do and what it costs. Strata Comparison was built to do exactly that.
It is not the answer to everything yet, and I would rather show that than hide it. Asked the broader question of how to compare body corporate managers on the Gold Coast, ChatGPT listed management companies instead, and Perplexity cited a competitor.
ChatGPT quoted the site’s own FAQ almost word for word, so I have since built more pages the same way: a Queensland body corporate FAQ, a New South Wales strata FAQ and a guide to comparing and changing managers. Each question gets a direct answer in the first sentence.
So I now do the same work on websites that already exist. I call it AI SEO. Your business details stated once and kept the same across your site, your Google Business Profile and the directories. Every service page marked up so Google and AI tools read it as fact. And the questions your customers actually ask, answered in the first two sentences so they can be quoted.
There is no rebuild. It is $400 once, then $100 a page, plus GST, so a five page site is $900. It is done within 48 hours of getting access, with a handover document showing every change and what Google and the AI tools said about your business before and after.
It starts with the free website audit, which already reads your site page by page and will tell both of us whether this is worth doing.
