Two states, two Acts, one website.

A rebuild for a strata firm trading since 1923. New South Wales sits at the root and Queensland at /queensland/, each with its own colour, terminology, phone number and office, switched by the visitor. One domain rather than two, so the Queensland side opens with the search authority the site already has instead of starting from nothing.
