South East Queensland trades

Your website is already designed. It just needs your name on it.

Sixty-six trades across South East Queensland, each with three designs built around how that trade actually wins work. Sixty-six are finished and you can open them right now. Pick the one that sounds like you and it is live in a week.

Put your name in and walk through any finished design with it on, right through the page. The screenshots keep the demo name they were built under. The live walk-through does not. Your region decides what is still free, because the three designs are counted per trade per region.

Step one

Find your trade

Every trade gets all three designs. What changes is which one suits it best, based on who actually does the buying. A homeowner choosing a tiler and a building manager choosing a fire services contractor are not the same customer, so the tile tells you which direction leads for your trade. You can still have any of the three.

Suits best

ReadyBuilt and finished. Open the real page and walk through it. Coming soonDrawn from the same three directions, built when a client comes in.

The direction under each trade name is the one that suits it best, not the only one on offer. All three are yours to choose from whichever trade you are in.

Step two

Three directions for electricians

Not three colour schemes. Three different arguments for why someone should ring you.

Before you worry about the colours

None of it is fixed

What you are looking at is a finished design, not a finished website. The layout is the part that has been thought about. Everything sitting inside it is yours, and gets swapped over during the build.

ColourYellow on near black

Whatever is in your logo, your ute or your uniforms becomes the accent. If you already have brand colours, we use those. If you do not, you get a set that suits the trade.

TypeArchivo Black and Barlow

If your branding already specifies typefaces, they go in. If not, these stay, because they were chosen for how the trade needs to read on a phone.

PhotosYour jobs, not these ones

The photography you can see was made for the trade, not for a client. It shows what the design looks like carrying real images. Yours replace it, and your logo replaces the demo mark in the header.

WordsWritten for your business

Your services, your suburbs, your licence numbers, your guarantee. The designs are shown with Gold Coast copy because that is where they were built. Yours is rewritten around your region and how you actually work.

SectionsAdd, drop, reorder

No gallery because you have no photos yet? It comes out. Need finance, a second location, or a careers page? It goes in.

After launchYou can edit it yourself

Built in WordPress with a proper editor. Change your hours, add a service, swap a photo, without ringing anyone. The monthly covers me doing it if you would rather not.

What does not change is the structure.

Where the phone number sits, what gets said before the fold, the order the page argues in, how it reads at arm’s length on a phone in a driveway. That is the part that took the work, and it is the part that makes the phone ring.

Every build, both tiers

Three things that decide whether it works

The design is what you look at. These are what make it earn its keep.

Built for a phone first

Most tradie enquiries come off a phone, often outdoors, often one-handed. Every one of these designs is laid out for that screen before the desktop one, with the number tappable from anywhere on the page and nothing important buried below three scrolls.

Findable when they search

Titles, headings, page structure, schema, sitemap, image alts and Search Console, all done properly at build time rather than bolted on later. The page is written around what people actually type when they need your trade in your part of South East Queensland.

Structured to convert

What gets said before the fold, what order the argument runs in, where proof sits, how many taps to reach you. That is the difference between a site that looks fine and a site that makes the phone ring, and it is the part that took the work.

Step three

What it costs

Five pages, written for your trade, built and live in a week. Paid in full before the build starts, or nothing up front and pay it off monthly.

Standard
$1,500 build
then $99 a month
or $1,069.20 for the year, 10% off
Or pay monthly
$229a month for 12 months $169a month for 24 months

Build and care plan in the one payment. Nothing up front. When the term is up the build is paid off and it drops back to $99 a month.

The build works out at $1,560 over 12 months or $1,680 over 24 months, against $1,500 paid up front.

  • Home, Services, About, Service Areas, Contact
  • Built mobile first, because that is where the calls come from
  • Copy written for your trade, not filled in from a template
  • Search structure done properly: titles, headings, schema, sitemap, Search Console
  • Domain, DNS and hosting handled, one round of changes
  • Monthly: hosting, security, backups, updates, thirty minutes of changes

Three clients per trade per region, one on each design. Your competitor down the road cannot end up with your website.

Regional exclusive
$3,000 build
then $129 a month
or $1,393.20 for the year, 10% off
Or pay monthly
$389a month for 12 months $269a month for 24 months

Build and care plan in the one payment. Nothing up front. When the term is up the build is paid off and it drops back to $129 a month.

The build works out at $3,120 over 12 months or $3,360 over 24 months, against $3,000 paid up front.

  • Everything in Standard, plus two extra money pages
  • You are the only one in your trade in your region
  • Blocks any standard sale in that trade in that region
  • Same business day support
  • A quarterly call rather than a quarterly email

First refusal on an adjacent category, so a sparky can lock solar as well.

Bespoke
$4,500 build
then $129 a month
or $1,393.20 for the year, 10% off
  • Not from the bank. Designed for your business from a blank page
  • Exclusive by definition, because nobody else has your design
  • As many pages as the business actually needs
  • Everything in the tiers beside it, built into a design that is only yours
  • Three weeks rather than one, with a design round before the build starts

For a business that has outgrown looking like everyone else in its trade, or one whose work does not fit any of the three directions.

What these sites are, and what they are not.

A trade site is a lead generator, not a portal. It holds no customer accounts, no logins and no customer database, and it takes no payments. An enquiry comes through and goes straight to you, which keeps it fast, keeps it cheap to run, and keeps you out of the business of holding other people’s data. If you need booking, quoting, job forms or a link into software you already run, that gets built as a custom plugin on top of the standard site, scoped properly and priced separately.

How the exclusive works

Six regions across South East Queensland

Exclusivity is per trade, per region, not per suburb. Work across two regions and you take two.

Gold Coast

Coomera, Helensvale, Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Nerang, Robina, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Coolangatta, and the hinterland

Logan & Redlands

Beenleigh, Springwood, Shailer Park, Loganholme, Browns Plains, Jimboomba, Cleveland, Victoria Point, Capalaba, Wynnum

Brisbane

The inner city plus the northern and southern suburbs, from Chermside and Ashgrove through to Mount Gravatt, Sunnybank and Carindale

Moreton Bay

North Lakes, Redcliffe, Caboolture, Burpengary, Strathpine, Kallangur, Narangba, Morayfield, Bribie Island

Ipswich & West Moreton

Ipswich, Springfield, Ripley, Goodna, Rosewood, Laidley, Gatton, Esk and the Somerset

Sunshine Coast

Caloundra, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Nambour, Noosa, Coolum, Kawana, and the hinterland

Six regions, sixty-six trades, three designs each. That is how many businesses can hold one of these before a design is gone in a given trade and region.

Ask about this one

There is no checkout here on purpose. Tell me about the business and I will check the design is still free in your trade and your region, then come back with the invoice. Nothing is charged until you have that invoice in front of you.
